House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 201,
203, 204,205, of Article 22, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, entitled "Washington County," sub-title "Hag-
erstown," and to re-enact the same with amendments.
House bill entitled an Act to provide for an addi-
tional Justice of the Peace in the Eleventh District of
Baltimore county.
House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Governor
to appoint an additional Justice of the Peace in Elec-
tion District No. 5, in Frederick county.
House bill entitled an Act to authorize and direct
the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Baltimore county to
pay an annual sum of money to the Chief Resident
Associate Judge of the Circuit Court of Baltimore
county, from license fees received by him and payable
to the Treasurer of said county.
House bill-entitled an Act to divide Crisfield Elec-
tion District, in Somerset county, Maryland, and to
lay out and establish a new election district in said
county, to be known as "Asbury Election District
No. 12."
House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments, section 52, of Article 3, of the Cod e
of Public Local Laws, title "Baltimore County," sub-
title "County Treasurer."
House bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of
the Kennard Novelty Company of Baltimore city,
recovered October 30th, 1890, Liber 28, folio 351,
Charter Records of Baltimore city.
House bill entitled an Act to add to Article 22, of
the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Washington
County," sub-title "Hagerstown," and to add certain
sections to follow section 182 of said Article, and to
be named sections 182 A and 183 B.
