House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 52, of
Article 27, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Crimes and Punishments," sub-title "Destroying
Property Maliciously."
House bill entitled an Act to add an additional sec-
toin to Article 93, of the Code of Public General Laws,
title'"Testamentary Law," sub-title "Orphans' Court,"
and to be called section 227 A, authorizing the Gov-
ernor to designate and commission one of the three
Judges of the Orphans' Court as Chief Judge, and to
ratify and confirm the Acts of the Governor in making
such designations and issuing such commissions.
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 2, of
Article 36, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Fees of Officers," and to re-enact the same with
amendments.
House bill entitled an Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 75, of the Code of Public General Laws,
title "Pleading, Practice and Process," to be num-
bered section 7 A.
House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 12, of Article 36, of the
Code of Public General Laws.
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 233, of
Article 27, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Crimes and Punishments," sub-title "Rape," and
chapter 410, of the Acts of 1890, and to re-enact the
same.
House bill entitled an Act to authorize and direct
the County Commissioners of Queen Anne's county to
grant a pension to John I. Jones, of 2d district of said
county.
House bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 422, of
the Acts of 1890, relating to fishing in the waters of
Talbot county.
House bill entitled an Act to add a new section to
Article 22, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Washington County," sub-title "Hagerstown," to
