tric Light and Power Company of Baltimore county.
Mr. Hamilton submitted the following proposed
amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
In section 1, line 3, after the words "Charles G.
Hill," add the words "Charles B. Taylor."
Which was adopted.
Mr. Hamilton submitted the following proposed
amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
In section 6, line 47, after the word "therefore,"
insert the words "provided, that the right of con-
demnation shall not apply to any water power or
other property adjacent thereto, and necessary there-
for used in part or in whole for manufacturing pur-
poses or that may be used for such purposes."
Which was adopted.
Said bill, as amended, was then read a second
time and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading.
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 37, of
Article 19, of the Code of Public General Laws.
Mr, McSherry submitted the following proposed
amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
In section 37, line 6, strike out "1888," and insert
"1890."
Which was adopted.
Said bill, as amended, was then read a second time,
and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading.
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 51, of
Article 27, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Crimes and Punishments," "Destroying Property
Maliciously," and re-enact the same with amendments.
