On motion of Mr. Green, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Anderson be excused from to-
night's session.
On motion of Mr. Canby, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Garner be excused from attend-
ance on to-night's session, on account of sickness.
On motion of Mr. Hayman, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Franklin be excused from to-
night's session, on account of important business.
On motion of Mr. Wooters, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Collins be excused from to-
night's session.
On motion of Mr. Bowie, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Perrie be excused from to-night's
session, on account of sickness.
Mr. Hill submitted the following order, viz:
Ordered, That the Librarian furnish each Standing
Committee of this House one copy of "A key to the
Maryland Code and Acts of Assembly of 1890," com-
piled by James W. Owens, at a cost of one dollar for
each copy.
Which was read and adopted by yeas and nays, as
follows :
