LEAVES TO INTRODUCE BILLS.
On motion of Mr. Leonard,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Chesapeake
Bay and its Tributaries to introduce a bill to provide
for the formation of associations of oystermen.
Also,
Leave was granted to the Talbot County Delegation
to introduce a bill entitled an Act authorizing the
Commissioners of East on to borrow a sum of money.
On motion of Mr. Thompson,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Chesapeake
Bay and its Tributaries to introduce a bill entitled
an Act to amend Article 72, of the Code of Public
General Laws of this State, relating to "Oysters," so
as to regulate the time of taking oysters.
On motion of Mr. Berret,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled an Act to appro-
priate a sum -f money to pay to the Treasurer of the
State Board of Education the amount of sundry bills
paid by him for repairs to the State Normal School
building.
On motion of Mr. Grove, of Cecil,
Leave was granted to the Cecil County Delegation
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal section
387. of Article 8, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Cecil County," sub-title "State's Attorney,"
and re enact the same with amendments.
On motion of Mr. Brash ears,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled an Act to appro-
priate a sum of njoney to provide for the indexing of
certain volumes of the proceedings of the Prerogative
Court of the Province of Maryland, and administra-
tion accounts, inventories and balance books and for
the re-arrangement of original wills of early settlers,
of Maryland.
