Said bill was then read a second time, and ordered
engrossed for a third reading.
Mr. Fitzgerald, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "City of Baltimore," to be known as section
806 A, providing for the payment of money into Court
under condemnation proceedings in certain cases.
Also favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 4, of the Public Local Laws, entitled
"City of Baltimore," sub-title "Courts," to be known
as section 173 A, providing for the practice in certain
cases in Baltimore City Court.
Also favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 367, of
of Article 4, of the Public Local Laws, title "City of
Baltimore," sub-titled "Harbor, Docks and Wharves,"
and to re-enact the same with amendments.
Also, favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 810, of
Article 4, of the Public Local Laws, title "City of
Baltimore," sub-titled ''Streets, Bridges and High-
ways," and to re-enact the same with amendments.
