Mr. Schlaffer, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
House, bill entitled an Act to regulate fishing with
hook and line in the waters of Back river, Seneca and
Middle river, in Baltimore county.
Mr. Tracy, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 44, of Article 14, of volume
11, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Howard County," sub title "County Commis-
sioners and Collectors," and to add four additional
sections thereto, to be known and distinguished as
sections 44 A, 44 B, 44 D and 44 E, respectively.

Mr. Smith, of Washington county, from a Select
Committee reported favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 191, of
Article 22, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled
"Washington County," sub titled "Hagerstown,"
and to re-enact and amend the same.
Which was read a first time.
Also favorably,

159, of Article 22, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
entitled "Washington County," sub-title "Hagers-
town," and to re-enact the following in lieu thereof
in amending and revising the charter of Hagerstown,
and providing for the government thereof, and to add
a new and additional section to Article 22, of the
Code of Public Lo 'al Laws, title "Washington.
County," sub title "Hagerstown."

Mr. Smith moved a suspension of the rules in order
to put said bill

"Washington County," sub-title "Hagerstown," and
to re enact the following in lieu thereof, in amending
and revising the charter of Hagerstown, and in pro-
