Mr. Miles moved that the further consideration of
said bill be indefiintely postponed.
Mr. Carter moved as a substitute for Mr. Miles
motion that further consideration be postponed until
Friday, February 5th, at 12.30 P. M.
Which motion was rejected.
Mr. Carter moved to adjourn.
Mr. Fields demanded the yeas and nays.
The demand was sustained.
