168 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Feb. 1,
re-enact with amendments section 52, of Article 8, of
the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Baltimore
County," sub-title "County Treasurer."
On motion of Mr. Smith, of Washington county,
Leave was granted to the Washington County Dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to add a new
section to Article 22, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Washington County," sub-title "Hagers-
town," to follow section 171, of said Article, and to
be named section 171 A.
Also,
Leave was granted to the Washington County Dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal
section 191, of Article 22, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, entitled "Washington County," sub-title
"Hagerstown," and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.
Also,
Leave was granted to the Washington County Dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal
section 201, 202, 203, 204 and 205, of Article 22, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Washington
County," sub-title "Hagerstown," and to re-enact the
same with amendments.
On motion of Mr. Joyce,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-
enact with amendments sections 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, of
Article 80, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Reporter—State," and to add additional sections to
said Article.
On motion of Mr. Collins,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Agriculture
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to convert one of the
tobacco warehouses, not now needed for that purpose,
into a grain elevator for Maryland grain.
On motion of Mr. Fitzgerald,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-
enact with amendments thereto sections 247, 248, and
249, of Article 27, of the Code of Public General Laws,
title "Crimes and Punishments," sub-title "Sabbath.
Breaking."
