On motion of Mr. Bowie, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Perrie be excused from atten-
dance on to-night's session.
On motion of Mr. Sappington, of Frederick, it was
Ordered, That Messrs. Gaver and Grove, of Fred-
erick, be excused from to-night's session, on account
of important business.
On motion of Mr. Smith, of Washington, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Shafer be excused from attend-
ance at to-night's session, on account of sickness.
Also,
Ordered, That Messrs. Fockler and Garrett be ex-
cused from to-night's session, on account of important
business.
On motion of Mr. Anderson, it was
Odered, That Mr. Green be excused from to-night's
session on account of important business.
Also,
Ordered, That Messrs. Griffith and Canby be ex-
cused from to-night's session.
Also,
Ordered, That Mr. Hayman be excused from at-
tending to night's session, on account of business.
On motion of Mr. Orrick, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Monmonier be excused from at
tendance to night, on account of important business.
On motion of Mr. Gill, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Thompson be excused from
to-night's session, on account of important business.
On motion of Mr. Cornthwaite, it was
Ordered, That Messrs. Sanders and Frincke be ex-
cused from attending to-night's session, on account
of important business.
Also,
Ordered, That Mr. Wilkinson be excused from at-
tending to-night's session, on account of business.
On motion of Mr. Hamilton, it was
