BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,
January 29th, 1892.
Gentlemen of the Senate:
We respectfully propose, with the concurrence of
your Honorable Body, that the Senate and House of
Delegates appoint a committee of five, three on the
part of the House and two on the part of the Senate,
to wait on the Hon. Spencer C. Jones, the Treasurer-
elect, and inform him of his election.
We have appointed on the part of the House,
Messrs. Fuld, McSherry and Griffith.

REPORTS OF STANDING COMMITTEES.
Mr. Carter, from the Committee on Judiciary,
reported favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 2, of
Article 36, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Fees of Officers,'' and to re-enact the same with
amendments.
Also, favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 37, of
Article 19, of the Code of Public General Laws.
