Mr. Fuld submitted the following message:
BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES.
April 4th, 1892.
Gentlemen of the Senate :
We respectfully request that your Honorable Body
return to the House of Delegates Senate Bill (Printed
No. 134), entitled an Act to repeal section 19, of Arti-
cle 23, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Corporations," sub-title "Provisions for the Forma-
tion of Corporations," and to re-enact the same with
amendments.

Senate.

Mr. Sams submitted the following
REPORT:
Annapolis, April 4th, 1892.
To the House of Delegates :
The committee appointed to wait upon the Execu-
tive and apprise him of the adjournment of the two
Houses of the General Assembly, beg leave to report
that they have performed that duty and were re-
quested by him to report that he has no further com-
munication to make.

RESOLUTIONS.
Mr. Fuld submitted the following resolution:
Resolved, That the Governor be requested not to
sign Senate Bill, printed No. 134, as this bill was
passed by the House inadvertently, and that the
Senate refused to return said bill on request of the
House; and be it further resolved, that a copy of this
resolution be presented to the Governor.
Which was read and adopted.
