We propose, with the concurrence of your Honor-
able Body, to hold a Joint Convention at 1 o'clock,
P. M. to-day, for the purpose of electing a Police
Commissioner for the City of Baltimore, for the term
commencing March 15th, 1893, under the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland.
