In section 1, line 7, after the word "the," strike out
"15th day of October," and insert "1st day of Sep-
tember."

"That nothing in this Act shall be construed to pro-
hibit any land-owner or occupant thereof, from pre-
venting any non-resident without license from killing
any of said game upon their premises during the
period allowed by this Act to residents of said
county."
