the County Commissioners of Baltimore county to
levy a sum of money to be applied to the building of
a school house on the Philadelphia road, in or near
Orangeville, in Baltimore county.

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Mayor
and City Council of Baltimore city to acquire a
majority of the capital stock of the Baltimore and
Eastern Shore Railroad Company, and a controling
interest therein, and to enter into an engagement with
the President and creditors thereof on certain terms.
Endorsed: "Read the third time, and passed by
yeas and nays."

House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 124, of
Article 81, of the Code of Public General Laws, volume
2, and to re-enact the same with amendments.
