Gentlemen of the House of Delegates :
We have received your message asking for a con-
ference on the disagreeing votes of the two Houses on
the House amendment to the Senate Bill No. 807, en-
titled an Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments
sections 26 and 27, of Article 63, of the Code of Public
General Laws, title "Militia."
We concur therein, and have appointed on the part
of the Senate, Messrs. Pearre, Smith and Moss.
