Mr. McSherry, acting chairman of the Committee
on Ways and Means, reported favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to appropriate a certain
sum of money to meet the expenses of an extra session
of the Senate, &c.
Which was read a second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.
Mr. Sams moved to suspend the rules in order to
put upon its third reading and final passage
