Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments sections 214 and 214 A, of Article
2, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Anne
Arundel County," sub-title "Sheriff," and to add a
new section to said Article, to follow section 214 A,
to be designated as section 214 B.

ably,
Senate bill entitled an Act to add a new section em-
powering the Board of Liquor License Commissioners
of Baltimore city to summon witnesses, compel their
attendance and administer oaths, to Article 4 of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "City of Baltimore,"
sub-title "Liquor and Intoxicating Drinks," to come
in after section 653 T, of said Article, and to be des-
ignated as section 653 U.

Also, favorably, from Select Committee,
Senate bill entitled an Act to add to the Code of
Public Local Laws, Article 4, title "City of Balti-
more," sub-title "Courts," an additional section pro-
viding for a Stenographer to the Grand Jury of Balti-
more city, said section to be known as section 207 A,
and to come in after section 207.

Mr. Sterling moved to reconsider the vote by which
House Bill (No. 628) entitled an Act to repeal sec-
tion 138, of Article 20, Public Local Laws of Somerset
county, sub-title "Liquor and Intoxicating Drinks,"
passed.
