Senate bill entitled an Act to add an additional
section to Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "City of Baltimore." sub-title "Courts," to be
designated as "Section 173."
Which was read a second time.
Mr. Field moved to suspend the rules in order to
put said said bill entitled an Act to add an additional
section to Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "City of Baltimore," sub-title "Courts," upon
its third reading and final passage.
The rules were suspended, (two thirds of all the
members elect) voting in the affirmative by yeas and
nays, as follows:
