Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections from
67 to 76, inclusive, of Article 72, of the Code of,Public
General Laws, title "Oysters," sub-title "State Ship-
ping Commissioners," and to re-enact the same with
amendments.
Considered, and on motion, made the Order of the
Day for Monday, April 4th, at 12 M.
Senate bill entitled an Act to add an additional
section to Article 27, of the Code of Public General
Laws, title " Crimes and Punishments, " sub-title
"Railroad Obstructing," to follow section 231, and to
be known as "Section 231 A."

Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:
