Said bill was then returned to the Senate.
Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for the redivi-
sion of the Seventh Ward of Baltimore city into
election precincts.
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and nays,
as follows:

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize and require
the County Commissioners of Somerset county to have
placed and keep on the several lines to which it may be
lawful to use scoops, scrapes and dredges, or any similar
instrument, to take or catch oysters in the waters of
the Annamessex, Monokin and Wicomico rivers, in
said county, such buoys or other marks as may be
necessary to plainly designate said lines, and to levy
upon the assessable property of Somerset county such
sum or sums, not exceeding one hundred and fifty
dollars, as may be necessary for this purpose.
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:
