four," and insert the words "twenty-five."

House bill entitled an Act to add a new section to
Article 53, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Landlord and Tenant," sub-title "Distress for Rent,"
prohibiting the removal, sale, secretion or destruction
of property or effects liable for rent by the tenant
until the rent be paid, or by and with the written con-
sent of the landlord, to come in after section 18, and
be designated as section 18 A.
