Said bill was then sent to the Senate.
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
section 15, of chapter 598, of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January Session
of 1890, entitled an Act to amend the charter of the
Loan, Trust, Security and Insurance Company of Har-
ford county, and to enlarge its powers, and to add a
new section to said chapter, to be numbered "Section
16."
Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays,
as follows :
AFFIRMATIVE.—Messrs. Speakei, Combs, Garner,
Strong, Wilson, Brashears, Donaldson, Hutchins,
Sappington, of Anne Arundel, Ireland, Lane, Carrico,
Maddox, Orrick, Cole, Elliott, Hamilton, Jr., Mon-
monier, Schlaffer, Collins, Wooters, Leonard, Ander-
son, Smith, of Dorchester, Kirk, Grove, of Cecil,
Bowie, of Prince George's, Hill, Perrie, Bryan, Wal-
len, Godwin, Sappington, of Frederick, Bevard, Hay-
ward, Deen, Johnson, Thompson, Brennan, O'Conor,
Cornthwaite, Laird, Barber, Hosken, Sr., Stottle-
