Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 1, 2, 3,
4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, of the Code of Public General Laws
of the State of Maryland, of Article 34, entitled
"Estrays," and 8 A thereof, as enacted by chapter
252 of the Acts of Assembly of 1890, entitled an Act
to add additional sections to Article 34, of the Code
of Public General Laws, title ''Estrays. Vessels Adrift.
Drift Logs," sub-title "Estray," to be numbered 8 A,
and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland, of Article 45, title
"Husband and Wife," by adding an additional sec-
tion thereto, to be known as "Section 20," under the
sub-title of an Act to quit the title to property pass
ing from husband to wife.
