Mr. McSherry, from the Committee on Printing, re-
ported favorably the following order, referred to said
Committee April 1st :
Whereas, The House of Delegates passed an order
January 27th, 1892, directing the State Printer to send
a copy of the proceedings of each session of the House
of Delegates to each newspaper in the State ; and
Whereas, The State Printer, in compliance with
said order, has printed and mailed daily copies of the
Journal of Proceedings of each session to each of the
two hundred newspapers in the State ; therefore,
Ordered, That the Committee on Claims pay the
State Printer the sum of one thousand dollars, said
amount being compensation for printing copies of the
journals for the newspapers aud clerical labor in mail-
ing said journals; said sum to be taken out of the
appropriation for printing for this session.
