The Secretary of the Senate appeared and delivered
the following message:
House bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower
the County Commissioners of Baltimore county to
contract with the Mayor and City Council of Balti-
more city tor the laying of water-mains, and the erec-
tion and supply of one or more fire-plugs at and in
the vicinity of the yillage of Highlandtown, in the
12th District of Baltimore county.
Endorsed : "Reported unfavorably from Select Com-
mittee, and report adopted."
