Endorsed: "Reported favorably from the Com-
mittee on Finance with amendments, amendments
adopted, read the second time, rules suspended, read
the third time and passed by yeas and nays, with
proposed amendments:"
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
On page 7, line 9, strike out the words "twenty-five,"
and insert in lieu thereof the word "twenty."
Also,
On page 2, line 25, between the words " fifty and
thousand," insert the word "five."
Which were severally concurred in.
Said bill, as amended, was then passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:

"Miscellaneous," on page 8 of manuscript copy of
bill, add the following words: "To the order of the
Joint Committee of the Senate and the House of Dele-
