The House resumed its session, at 8 P. M,

ORDERS.
Mr. Carter submitted the following order, viz:
Whereas, The House of Delegates passed an order
January 27th, 3892, directing the State Printer to
send a copy of the proceedings of each session of the
House of Delegates to each newspaper in the State, and
Whereas, The State Printer, in compliance with
said order, has printed and mailed daily, copies ol the
Journal of Proceedings of each session to each of the
two hundred newspapers in the State; therefore,
Ordered. That the Committee on Claims pay the
State Printer the sum of one thousand dollais, said
amount being compensation for printing copies of the
Journal for the newspapers, and clerical labor in
mailing said Journals, said sum to betaken out oi the
appropriation for printing for this session.
Which was read, and referred to the Committee on
Printing.
JOINT RESOLUTIONS.
Mr. Same introduced,
Joint Resolutions directing a survey oi the waters
and oyster beds or bars in Chesapeake Bay.
