Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the
Edmondson Avenue, Catonsville and Ellicott City
Electric Railway Company.
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows :

The vote by which said bill failed for want of a
constitutional majority was reconsidered and bill
made the Order of the Day for to-night at 9 P. M.
In accordance with a previous order, the House, at
