Which was read a first time, and ordered to be en-
grossed for a second reading, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Ways and Means.
The Secretary of the Senate appeared and delivered
the following message:
House bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of
the Easton, Trappe and Cambridge Railroad Com-
pany, and to extend and enlarge the privileges and
powers of the said railroad company incorporated
under and by virtue of the general laws of this State,
relating to the formation of railroad companies, as set
out in Article 23, of the Code of Public General Laws,
and all supplements threto.
Endorsed : "Read the third time, and passed by
yeas and nays."

BY THE SENATE,
March 31st, 1892.
Gentlemen of the Bouse of Delegates :
We have received your message, announcing to the
Senate that your Honorable Body has non-concurred
in the Senate amendments to House bill entitled an
Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments chapter
224, of the Acts of 1890, of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Wicomico county, and respectfully decline to
recede therefrom, and request the appointment of a
Conference Committee.
We have appointed on the part of the Senate, Messrs.
Toadvin, Hepbron and Getty.
