House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 77, of Article 5. of the Code
of Public General Laws, title "Appeals," sub title
"Appeals in Criminal Cases."
House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 25, of Article 47, of the Code
of Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Insol-
vents."
House bill entitled an Act to authorize and require
the Comity Commissioners of Baltimore county to
make a special levy on the assessable property in the
village of Mt. Washington, in Baltimore county, pro-
vided twenty-five or more tax-payers in said village
shall petition therefor.
Were severally read a second time, and ordered to
be engrossed for a third reading.
House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 184 K, of Article 2, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel
County,"sub-title "Liquors and Intoxicating Drinks,"
as said section appears in chapter 568, of the Acts of
1890.
Was read a second time, and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.
And, on motion of Mr. Brashears,
Re-committed to the Anne Arundel County Dele-
gation.
