Senate bill entitled an Act prescribing the regu-
lations and conditions upon which the Board of Pub-
lic Works shall sell the State's interest in all works of
internal improvements, whether as a stockholder or
creditor, and also the State's interest in any banking
corporation as authorized by section 3, of Article 12,
of the Constitution.
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and
