We have received your message, proposing the ap-
pointment of a Joint Committee of Conference on the
disagreeing votes of the two Houses, on the bill known
as the "Peach Yellow Bill," and respectfully inform
you that we concur therein.

Collins, Wallen and Hayward.

the following message :

Gentlemen of the House of Delegates :
We have received your message, asking the return
of Senate Bill No. 328, entitled an Act to repeal chap-
ter 17, of the Acts of 1892, being an Act to add two
additional sections to Article 27, of the Code of Pub-
lic General Laws, title "Crimes and Punishments,"
sub-title "Railroad Obstructing," and to add two addi-
tional sections thereto.
And we herewith return said bill.
