Mr. Young, from Select Committee, reported fav-
orably,
Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the
Lonaconing Lodge, No. 85, of the Independent Order
of Odd Fellows, of Lonaconing, Allegany county,
Maryland.
Which was resid a second time.
Mr. Green reported favorably, from Select Com-
mittee,
Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize and require
the County Commissioners of Somerset county to
have placed and keep on the several lines, to which it
may be lawful to use scoops, scrapes and dredges, or
any similar instrument to take or catch oysters in the
waters of the Annamessex, Monokin and Wicomico
rivers, in said county, such buoys or other marks as
may be necessary to plainly designate said Hues and
to levy upon the assessable property of Somerset
county such sum or sums not exceeding one hundred
and fifty dollars, as may be necessary for tins pur-
pose.

Mr. Buckey reported favorably, from Select Com-
mittee,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 55 to
89, both inclusive, of Article 56, of the Code of Public
General Laws, title "Licenses," under the respective
sub-titles "Spirituous or Fermented Liquors by Re-
tailers," "Ordinary Keeper," "Oyster and Eating
Houses," and "Penalties," so far as the same apply
to the city of Cumberland, and to regulate the sale of
spirituous and fermented liquors in said city of Cum-
berland and vicinity, and to add 14 new sections to
Article 1, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Allegany County," under the sub-title "Intoxicating
Liquors," said sections to follow immediately after
