sub-title thereto, "Queenstown," and certain addi-
tional sections thereto, under said sub-title, to follow
section 218, and to be known as "218 A, 218 B, 218 C,
218 D, 218 E, 218 F, 218 G," relating to and providing
for the incorporation of Queenstown.
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
In line 20, section 2, strike out all words after
"road," down to the word "beginning," on line 21,
and insert in lieu thereof the lollowing: "Down said
road toward the town until it reaches the thorn hedge
on the lower line of the farm of Hiram G. Dudley, and
following the boundary line of said farm until it
reaches the public road leading to Centreville and
along said road toward Centreville until it reaches
the."
Which was adopted.

Senate bill entitled an Act to punish misconduct at
primary elections in Montgomery county.

of Clarksburg, in Montgomery county.

Mr, Kirk reported favorably, from Select Com-
mittee,
Senate bill entitled an Act to transfer to the Easton
and Northern Railroad Company, a body corporate
duly incorporated under the laws of Maryland, the
sum of money appropriated by chapter 303, of the Acts
of 1860, to the Elkton and Sassafras Railroad Com-
pany, and subsequently by chapter 383, of the Acts of
1870, transferred to the Elkton and Massey's Railroad
Company.
