Sterling, Grove, of Cecil, Bowie, of Prince George's,
Bryan, Godwin, Wilkinson, Hayman, McSherry,
Gaver, Grove, of Frederick, Sappington, of Freder-
ick, Stearns, Thompson, Fitzgerald, Brennan, Fox,
Carter, Fild, Bowie, "of Baltimore city, Sams, Cornth-

Said bill was then sent to the Senate.
House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments sections 136, of Article 5; 182, of
Article 9, and 112, of Article 19, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, of the respective titles "Calvert County,"
"Charles County" and 'St. Mary's County," and under
the sub-titles "Terrapins, &c.," the said respective
sections being an enactment in one chapter and ap-
plicable to the three counties aforesaid.
Was read a third time, and passed- by yeas and
nays, as follows:
