House bill entitled an Act to refund to Hutchins
Crawford, of Calvert county, a sum of money paid by
him to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Calvert county
and by said clerk paid into the Treasury of the State
for a commission as Sheriff of said county, which com-
mission was annulled by the Circuit Court of Calvert
county aforesaid.
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas Mid
