Mr. Fitzgerald moved to reconsider the vote by
which said bill failed, and make that motion the
Order of the Day for March 29th, at 12 M.
Mr. Carter moved to lay that motion on the table.
Which motion was rejected.
The question then recurred on the original motion
of Mr. Fitzgerald.
Which was decided in the affirmative.
House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Trustees
of the Methodist Episcopal Church of Frederick,
Maryland, to sell and convey certain real estate in
Frederick city.
