Mr. Strong, from Select Committee, reported unfav-
orably,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
section 199, of Aiticle 15, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Kent County," sub-title "Sheriff," and
to re-enact the same with amendments.
Which was adopted.
Also, unfavorably,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 71, of
Article 15, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Kent County," sub-title "Chestertown," and to te-
enact the same with amendments, so as to read as fol-
lows.
Which was adopted.
Mr. Schlaffer, from Select Committee, reported fav-
orably,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re enact
section 3, of Article 3, of the Code of Public Local
Laws o' Maryland, title ''Baltimore County," sub-
title "Birds and Game."
Which was road a second time.
Also, favorably, from Select Committee, reported
favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 201, of
chapter 49, of Act passed at January Session, 1892,
entitled an Act to repeal section 182 to 217 inclusive,
of Article 3, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Baltimore County," sub-title '"Roads, &c ," and to
re-enact the same with amendments.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Grove, of Frederick, reported favorably, from
Select Committee,
House bill entitled an Act to add a new section to
Aiticle 11, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Frederick County," sub-title "State's Attorney," to
follow immediately after section 434, and to be desig-
nated as "Section 434 A."
