House bill entitled an Act to require the Baltimore
& Ohio Railroad Company to place safety gates and
watchmen at the cross ng of its railroad and the Bal-
timore and Fredericktown Turnpike Road at a point
about one and one-half miles west of Mt. Airy, in
Frederick county, Maryland, on said railroad,
With recommendation that it be referred to the
Frederick County Delegation.

House bill entitled an Act to amend chapter 342, of
the Acts of 1890, entitled an Act to change the name
of the Trust, Deposit, Loan, Security, Guarantee and
Insurance Company of Baltimore county, and to de-
clare and enlarge the powers of said corporation, and
also to amend the original act of incorporation of said
company.

orably, with proposed amendment,
Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower
the County Commissioners of Talbot county to issue
bonds to The amount of twenty-five thousand dollars,
bearing interest at a rate not exceeding five per centum
per annum, for the purpose of raising a sum of money
sufficient to pay the county's subscription of twenty-
five thousand dollars to the capital stock of the Balti-
more and Eastern Shore Railroad Company.
