the Acts of 1876, entitled an Act to provide for the
further protection of the oyster interests in Queen
Anne's county, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.
Which was read a second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.
Also, favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 72 of the Code of Public General Laws,
title "Oysters," sub title "Fishery Force," to be
designated as "Section 26 A," providing additional
boats for the State Fishery Force.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Sellman, from the Committee on the Contingent
Fund at the Disposal of the Executive, submitted the
following report:
ANNAPOLIS, MD., March 25th, 1892.
To the Honorable, the House of Delegates :
The Committee on the Contingent Fund Placed at
the Disposal of the Executive, beg leave to report that;
they have examined the accounts of said fund for the
years ending on the 30th day of September, 1890,
and 1891, and find said accounts to be correctly kept,
and the vouchers for all expenditures thereunder on
file in the Executive Department.
