REPORTS OF STANDING COMMITTEES.
Mr. Berret, from the Committee on Ways and
Means, reported favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of
money to aid the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery
in erecting a building in the city of Baltimore for the
purpose of lecture rooms and infirmary.
Which was read a second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.
Also, favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to appropriate a certain
sum of money to the support of the Maryland Homeo-
pathic Free Dispensary and Hospital of Baltimore
city for each of the fiscal years ending on the 30th
day of September, 1892 and 1893, respectively.
Which was read a first time.
Also, reported favorably,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 7, of
Article 95, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Treasurer," relating to the employment and salary
of clerks in his office and to re-enact the same with
amendments.
Which was read a second time.
Also, reported back to the House,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
section 64, of Article 81, of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws of Maryland, title "Revenue and Taxes,"
With recommendation that said bill be referred to
the Committee on the Judiciary.

Mr. Thompson, from the Committee on Chesapeake
Bay and its Tributaries, reported favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to add a new section to
Article 39 of th e Code of Public General Laws, title
"Fisheries," under the new sub-title "Pound Nets,"
to follow immediately after section 63, to be desig-
nated as "Section 63 A."
Which was read a second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.
