JOINT RESOLUTION,
Be it resolved by the House of Delegates, That the
presidenf or chief officer of every swings bank in this
State, and every incorporated institution in this State
which recpiveb deposits and compounds the interest
and dividends thereon as they become due, shall make
a report in writing to the Comptroller, on or before
the first day of July, 1832, of all deposits made in
such savings bank or institution of more than three
years standing, and unculled for and unclaimed.
Endorsed: "Reported unfavorably from the Com-
mittee on Finance, and report adopted."

appeared and delivered the following veto message
from the Executive :

EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, '
Annapolis, March 24th, 1892.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates :
I respectfully return, without my approval, House
bill No. 209.
The word "amendments" in the first line of section
130 destroys the sense of the section.

The House proceeded to reconsider said bill.
The question being put,
"Shall the bill pass notwithstanding the objections
of the Exective?"
