Also,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections A, B,
C. D, E, F, G, H and K, of Article 20, of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Somerset County," sub-title
"Oysters," as the same appear in chapter 269 of the
Acts of 1890,
Endorsed: "Read the third time, and passed by yeas
and nays, with proposed amendments."
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
Insert in line 6, section 1, between the words "the"
and "right," the word "exclusive."
In line 7, section 1, at the end of said section strike
out the word "three," and substitute therefor the
word "four," and after the "four" as amended, at the
end of section 1, add the following :
"And the occupants of lots located under the sec-
tions hereby repealed shall have such protection for
their rights in said lots as is now provided for the
occupants of lots located under Article 72 of the Code
of Public General Laws of Maryland, by section 41
of said Article, until the expiration of the time given
and fixed by this section."
Which were adopted.
Said bill, as amended, was then passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:
