Park, in Allegany county, and within a distance of
one-half mile in any direction therefrom.
On motion of Mr. Ellegood,
Leave was granted to the Wicomico County Delega-
tion to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal and
re-enact with amendments sections 113 to 129, inclu-
sive, of Article 23, of the Code of Public Local Laws.,
title "Wicomico County," sub title "Roads."
On motion of Mr. Grove, of Frederick,
Leave was granted to the Frederick County Dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to add a new
section to Article 11 of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Frederick County," sub-title "State's
Attorney," to follow immediately after section 434,
and to be designated as "Section 434 A."
Also,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Temperance
to introdnce a bill entitled an Act to enable the
qualified voters of Election District, No. 1, in Fred-
erick county, to determine by ballot whether spiritu-
ous or fermented liquors shall be sold in said district.
On motion of Mr. Hutchins,
Leave was granted to the Anne Arundel County
Delegation to introduce a bill entitled an Ace to re-
peal and re-enact with amendments section 184 K, of
Article 2, of the Code of Public Local Laws title
"Anne Arundel County," sub-title "Liquors and In-
toxicating Drinks."
On motion of Mr. Bowie, of Baltimore city,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Federal
Relations to introduce a bill entitled in Act to cede
to the United States Government the State of Mary-
land's rights to certain real estate in Prince George's
county, called "Oxon Hill," "Oxon Hill Manor,"
"Bean's Bargain," Pleasant Hills," "Barnaba Manor"
and "Talbottrs Lot;" also the same rights in a tract
of land called "Mount Walby," the same having been
taken by the Government from private parties.
On motion of Mr. Shafer, of Washington,
Leave was granted to the Washington County Dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled an Act authorizing
the Burgess and Commissioners of Boonsborough, in
Washington county, Maryland, to contract for and.
purchase a supply of water for said corporation.
