said Committee, viz:
Ordered, That 500 copies of the Inaugural Address
of Governor Frank Brown be printed for the use of
the members of the House of Delegates, and not to
cost over $18.00.

REPORT OF SELECT COMMITTEES.
Mr. Sehlaffer, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to enlarge and extend
the powers and franchises of the Glyndon Permanent
Building Association of Baltimore county, so as to
enable it to make loans on promissory notes and pur-
chase evidence of debt.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 249, of
Article 1, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
