On motion of Mr, Brash ears,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judi-
ciary to introduce a bill entitled an Act to make
valid the marriage between William H. Stewart and
Elizabeth Austin.
On motion of Mr. Bryan,
Leave was granted to the Queen Anne's County
Delegation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to
authorize the County Commissioners of Queen Anne's
county to furnish official badges to all police officers
in said county, to be worn by said officers whenever in
discharge of their duties upon their person and to be
shown when necessary to authenticate their authority.
Also,
Leave was granted to the Queen Anne's County
Delegation to introcluce a bill entitled an Act to amend
section 166, of Article 18, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Queen Anne's County,'' sub-title "Fish
and Terrapins," by adding three new sections thereto,
to be designated as "Sections 166 A, 166 B and 166
C," to provide for the better protection of fish in the
waters of Chester River, within the limits of said
county.
Also,
Leaye was granted to the Queen Anne's County
Delegation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to
authorize the County Commissioners of Queen Anne's
county to erect or permit to be erected, upon certain
conditions, by said County Commissioners, specified
wharves at the public landings on Chester River, with-
in said county.
Also,
Leave was granted to the Queen Anne's County
Delegation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to pro-
vide for the levying and collection of a tax upon dogs
in Queen Anne's county.
Also,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Claims to
introduce a bill entitled an Act to refund to Samuel
Larrimore, of Queen Anne's county, the sum of
twenty-five dollars, erroneously paid into the Treas-
ury.
