Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Somerset County Delegation.
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to change the name of
the Brooklyn and Curtis Bay Light and Water Com-
pany of Anne Arundel county, and to amend, define
und enlarge the powers of said company.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on Corporations.
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 108, of
the Code of Public Local Laws, Article 20, title
"Somerset County," sub-title "Fences," and to re-
enact the same so as to read as follows.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Somerset County Delegation.
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for the enroll-
ment of the Veteran Corps of the Fifth Maryland
Regiment.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on Militia.
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections from
67 to 76, inclusive, of Article 72, of the Code of Public
General Laws, title "Oysters," sub-title "State Ship-
ping Commissioners," and to re-enact the same with
amendments.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on Chesapeake Bay and its Tributaries.
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 138, of
Article 20, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Somerset County," sub-title "Liquors and Intoxica-
ting Drinks," as amended by chapter 257, of the Acts
passed at January Session, 1890, so far as only the
same applies to Princess Anne Districts, number one,
therein mentioned, and to enact the following in lieu
thereof, to apply to Princess Anne District, number
one only.
Which was read a first time, and refeered to the
Committee on the Judiciary.
