Senate bill entitled an Act to empower the Trustees
of the Johns Hopkins University, a corporation in-
corporated under the General Laws of Maryland, to
make and constitute the President for the time being
of its University, and each of his successors in said
office during their respective terms thereof, a member
ex officio of the Board of Trustees of the Johns Hop-
kins University in addition to the number of twelve
Trustees of said University now authorized by law.
