LEAVES TO INTRODUCE BILLS.
On motion of Mr. Gaver,
Leave was granted to the Frederick County Dele-
gation to intioduce a bill entitled an Act to require
the owners of farms and arable land in (Emmitsburg
Election District, No. 5, in Frederick county, to con-
struct and keep in repair outer or boundary fences in
said district.
On motion of Mr. Franklin,
Leave was granted to the Worcester and Wicomico
County Delegations to introduce a bill entitled an
Act authorizing the County Commissioners of WVor-
cester and Wicomico counties to have the Pocomoke
River surveyed, and to levy a sum of money to defray
the expenses thereof.
On motion of Mr. Field,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corpora-
tions to introduce a bill entitled an Act to add an ad-
ditional section to Article 23 of the Code of Public
General Laws, title "Corporations," sub-title "In-
surance Department," to come in after section 121,
and 10 be known as "Section 121 A," providing for
the employment by the Insurance Commissioner of
counsel for said Department.
On motion of Mr. Hutchins,
Leave was granted to the Anne Arundel County
Delegation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to re-
peal and re-enact with amendments section 37, of
Article 2, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Anne Arundel County," sub-title "Annapolis," and
to repeal section 102 of said Article, as enacted by
chapter 487 of the Acts of 1890, sub-title "Brooklyn,"
and to add new sections to said Article 2, to follow
immediately after section 188, to be designated as
"Sections 188 A, &c."
